Open Letter To All Concerned with the Reimagining Columbus Project

We Guardians of History are incensed, once again, that the Mellon Foundation is being allowed to buy our history with its billions and “reimagine” it. We have been on a mission to preserve America’s true history and expose the now avowedly leftist Mellon Foundation for straying from its noble original mission of supporting the arts and humanities.
How can the city bearing the name of a transformational figure, such as the man who was instrumental in the founding of America, decide to take down his statue in the first place, let alone, (maybe) bring it back, relocate it, then trash it with Mellon’s indecipherable DEI lingo?
In our opinion, the people who want to denigrate Columbus’ accomplishments are lucky to live in the greatest country in the history of the world, ironically, the country indirectly founded by him.
It is clear to us Mellon’s motivation has nothing to do with legitimate grievances and everything to do with its desire to tear down the country. Mellon’s mindless monument metamorphosis must stop now.
